Elf’s Gifts does NOT sell products to anyone under the age of 18 (21 where applicable). For this reason, your package may require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are trying to use a stolen credit card, or/or are underage…..just don’t! It’s not worth it!

We do our best to get orders processed and shipped ASAP, however sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that may impact our ability to process an order right away. For this reason, we do not guarantee a ship date. We typically process and ship orders out within 1-2 business days. Holidays, weekends, etc. can also affect processing time. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend or on major holidays. In most cases your order will be processed the following business day after you place it.
Once we process your order and create the shipping label, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. From there, you will be able to track your order, either with the link provided in the email, or you can track it directly on the UPS website HERE. We take great care in packaging our products so that they arrive safe and sound, however we understand that sometimes things do happen. Please note that if an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a return to be considered.
