Refund and Returns Policy


Terms used herein “we, us, our, etc” are in reference to Elf’s Gifts. “you, your” are in reference to the buyer.



Can I return it?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the items we sell. We take great care in packaging our items so that they are not damaged in transit, however, on rare occasions, an item may arrive damaged or defective. In these cases, at the sole discretion of Elf’s Gifts, we may offer an exchange for a similar product of equal or lesser value, or store credit equal to the price of the product. Because glass is a unique art, and no two pieces are the same, it will be impossible to exchange for the same item, but we will do what we can to get you something you will love just as much!

How do I return it?

  1. Email within 24 hours of receiving. Please include a description of what’s broken, and pictures of the broken glass, as well as all of the original packaging. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, we cannot process an exchange. (We do not have phone support at this time. Please do NOT call the store for a return, as it will not be honored. Our stores do not handle anything to do with online sales, and have separate policies. Store associates have no knowledge of our process/policies for online orders.)
  2. Once you have contacted us, we will review your claim, and request any additional information needed. Once we determine that you are eligible for an exchange/credit, we will provide instructions on returning the product. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. If it is deemed that damage is due to carrier error, you may eligible for reimbursement through the carrier. We will contact the carrier on your behalf to have those charges reimbursed. This is a courtesy we offer to you, and in no way means that Elf’s Gifts guarantees, is responsible for, or liable for shipping reimbursement. Any reimbursement for shipping is at the discretion of the carrier and subject to their terms and conditions. Elf’s Gifts is not liable or responsible for shipping reimbursement under any circumstances.
  3. We will inspect the item upon receipt, and if it is deemed unused, we will proceed with issuing credit/replacing the product. No credit or replacement will be issued if the product is deemed used or if it is not received. You are responsible for the product until it is received by us. Elf’s Gifts is not liable for any packages that are lost in transit or otherwise not delivered. If the item is lost in transit once you ship it back to us, you will need to contact the carrier.
  4. Once your return is approved, we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable, however we will ship the replacement product at no cost to you.
  5. We do our best to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible, and try to respond within 3 business days. Unfortunately sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances and we may not be able to get to it right away. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing your return.

The terms and conditions herein are intended as a base guideline. Elf’s Gifts reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at their discretion on a case by case basis.
