Elf’s Gifts does Not sell products to anyone under the age of 21 (18 where applicable). For this reason, we may make your package require an adult signature. If you are trying to use a stolen credit card, and or are under age, please don't. This does not mean every package will be signature required. In most cases they won't.
Elf’s Gifts does Not guarantee a delivery date on any order. Typically we get orders out fast, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen. For this reason we do Not guarantee any ship dates, or delivery dates.

Our warehouse is located in Green Bay, WI.
How fast do you ship?
We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days. Unforeseen circumstances can, and do happen, for these reasons we do Not guarantee a ship date. Holidays, weekends, etc. can slow ship time. We ship orders weekdays, Monday through Friday.

What if it breaks in shipping?
All items are sent in new working order. If for some reason your items arrive cracked/broken/damaged in any way you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be unused! Once you have used the item, we are not liable in any way for breakage. You will need to contact us an order number, and pictures of the broken items within 48 hours of receipt.
In some cases, we may request you send the broken item back for closer inspection. This is to help fight fraud.
We will replace the broken item with the same, and or similar item in most cases.
What if I want to return an item?
We ONLY accept UNUSED items. Once it has been used/opened we can not, and will not accept it as a return. If you do want to return an UNUSED/UNOPENED item (up to 5 days after purchase date) please contact us prior to the return. We will need your order number, name, and the item/items ordered.

Elf’s Gifts does NOT pay for return shipping/packaging costs. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping/packaging costs.
Elf’s Gifts can use it's discretion on whether a store credit is issued, or the customer is given a full refund.
